We didn't have time, so that's why we definitely coming here again. It was a marvellous and brilliant location for us, next to the volcano national park, the deep forest, and a private jungle: )

The staff is great, as well as host. The location is central. It's in a nice building in the tourist area.

marvellous, brilliant location near ira ono's "volcano garden arts " and the sunday farmer's market, hiking at the park, and a nice half day hike across the lava fields to pu' u huluhulu. brand-new rooms with electric blankets and feather pillows.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in the deep forest of Volcano. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the rainforest. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like Jacuzzi baths and large showers. The attention to detail in the rooms is superb, with a well-stocked fridge and coffee maker that allow guests to enjoy their own breakfast at their convenience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Craters Edge. The hosts, Eric and Chris, were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was thoughtfully decorated, and we loved the personal touches like the bowl of fresh fruit and homemade banana bread. The location was perfect for exploring Volcanoes National Park, and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful secluded retreat, welcoming and comfortable room, generous snacks and drinks, gracious and informative hosts, convenient location.

It was all superb.

Loved the jungle setting and being surrounded by nature. Appreciated the stocked fridge and the fresh banana bread upon arrival. The hot tub was relaxing and the perfect temperature.

No staff on site. No one answered the phone or door.

This hotel is nestled in the midst of a lush, ancient rainforest, providing a tranquil atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The room was well-appointed with luxurious amenities and tasty breakfast. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking, as we could see the stunning landscape for miles around. In our spare time, we enjoyed the leisure facilities and numerous outdoor activities which catered to a variety of interests. This hotel was also particularly accommodating to guests with disabilities, offering helpful resources and accessible features.

The only negative we experienced was a minor issue with the room's thermostat not functioning properly, causing some discomfort during the night.

For my recent trip, I stayed in this venue located in the midst of a tropical rainforest. It was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by ferns and other exotic flora. The service was impeccable, with staff eager to help with laundry, tea and coffee facilities, and anything else I needed. The patio was a perfect sitting area to enjoy the outdoors, and the free wi-fi made it easy to stay connected. I especially enjoyed taking advantage of the jacuzzi and garden facilities - it was the perfect way to relax after a long day.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.
